2. Personal data we collect
- When you contact us: your name, phone number or messaging account, and the content of your messages.

Depending on your visa, these may include bank statements, proof of address, marriage or birth certificates, school or work letters, insurance documents, medical certificates and police clearance certificates.
3. What this website does
This website uses no cookies, has no contact form and does not ask for your name.
- Visit statistics: pages viewed, country and type of device, measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies and without a personal profile.
- WhatsApp button counter: when you tap a WhatsApp button, we count the click with the button used, the page language and your country. No name, phone number or IP address is recorded. The counts are kept for about 3 months.
- Visa finder: it works in your browser. Your answers are not stored. They are only added to your WhatsApp message if you decide to send it.
- Your preferences: your language and the light or dark display are saved in your own browser, so the site remembers them. They never leave your device.
4. Why we use your data
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your questions | Legitimate interest |
| Preparing and filing your visa or immigration application | Our contract with you |
| Accounting and requests from Thai authorities | Legal obligation |

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Who receives your data
Only what your case needs: the Thai Immigration Bureau, embassies and other government offices, and the institutions your application requires. We talk with you through messaging services such as WhatsApp, which handle messages under their own privacy policies. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides the statistics and the click counter.
6. Data stored outside Thailand
WhatsApp and Cloudflare may store or process data on servers outside Thailand. We use established providers and share only what is necessary.
7. How long we keep your data

Your documents are handled on phones locked with a passcode, and only our three team members can access them. Documents are exchanged only in private conversations with you, never in group chats. Photos and scans are deleted once your case is finished.
If a data breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Committee as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data or give you a copy, to correct it, delete it, limit its use or transfer it. You can object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail (section 1). You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Part B · Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Longstay Thai Visa Experts Co., Ltd. is a private visa and immigration assistance company in Pattaya. We are not affiliated with the Government of Thailand or the Immigration Bureau. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice.
2. Our service and fees
We help you prepare and file your visa, extension or work permit application, and we submit it in person at Immigration. After a free assessment, you receive a quote in writing, by WhatsApp or at our office, before any work starts. Our service fee and the government fees are always shown separately.
3. No guarantee of approval
Thai Immigration alone decides every application. We cannot guarantee a visa, an extension or a result, and nobody can influence that decision. Rules and processing times can change without notice.
4. Your part
You give us true, complete and valid documents, on time. We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by information that is wrong, missing or out of date.
5. Refunds
Fees paid to an embassy or to Immigration are not refundable, because they are paid to the government. Our own service fee is generally refundable.
If an authority rejects your application, we look with you at alternative visa options where possible. If no option works for you, our service fee is refunded.
We do not refund the service fee when you cancel for personal reasons or do not follow what we agreed at the start. For example, if we agree on an estimated processing time of one month and you cancel before it ends, the fee is not refunded, as long as we have done what we agreed.
